Answer: Leasing a beat grants you the right to create one song with that beat for commercial use and then sell up to 5,000 copies of that song (CDs, iTunes, etc.) Until exclusive rights are sold for that beat, we still retain all the rights and we are allowed to lease it to other artists.
Question: What are Exclusive Rights?
Answer: Buying exclusive rights to a beat grants you unlimited distribution and use of that beat for any kind of project. With exclusive rights, we sign all rights of ownership to that beat over to you and we remove it from our store immediately. Exclusive rights also come with the beat completely tracked out in high-quality .WAV files for better mixing and mastering purposes. Question: Will the voice tags be removed?
Answer: Yes, all Team RnB voice tags are removed from your purchase.
Question: What Methods of Payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept PayPal, Western Union and Moneygram. Question: What do I get with my purchase?
Answer: Every purchase includes a contract (signed by Team RnB) stating your rights of ownership and the files in .WAV or .Mp3 format. You will receive these files instantly via a download link sent to your email address. We do not send any kind of physical CD or data disc to you.
Question: If someone buy exclusive rights to an instrumental that I have already leased, can I still use it?
Answer: Of course! As long as you abide by the terms of the leasing contract, you are allowed to use it.
Question: I just purchased exclusive rights to a beat! May the beat be leased again or has it been leased before?
Answer: Once exclusive rights to a beat have been sold, we remove it immediately from our store and it is no longer available for purchase ever. It’s possible for a beat to be leased to other artists before it is sold as “exclusive”, so the quicker you obtain the exclusive rights, the better!
Question: Can I resell the beat after purchasing Exclusive Rights?
Answer: You are not allowed to resell the track or transfer your rights of ownership to anyone after purchasing exclusive rights.
Question: What do you charge for a lease or for Exclusive Rights?

Question: What am I allowed to do with the “free downloads” from the Team RnB SoundClick / ReverbNation / FaceBook pages?
Answer: All free beat downloads listed on these pages are ONLY to be used for non-commercial/non-profit use and for entertainment purposes (YouTube, FaceBook, MySpace, etc.). No mixtapes/albums/videos/radio-air-play! Free download does not mean “free beat”. The purpose is to offer people a pre-listening! Credit must be given to Team RnB in any case.
Question: I just purchased a beat. Can I alter the beat in any way?
Answer: If you have purchased exclusive rights to the beat, you are allowed to make changes to it (mixing, beat length, tempo, etc.) This does not include leased beats!
Question: I have made a track to one of your beats. Do I have to tell you?

Question: Are the beats Copyright Protected?
Answer: Affirmative! All instrumentals on our site are copyright protected by an attorney at the Library of Congress. Before uploading our beats, we protect them legally. Buyers are responsible for clearing all samples after purchase.
Question: Do you make Custom Beats? How much?
Answer: Yes we do! Quotes for custom beats start at $299.95 for one (or $499.95 for two) which includes exclusive rights. This means you will be the only one in the World to have it! Please send your custom beat request to us via the Custom Beats tab.
